スケーリングモードをセットします。
【NSImageScaling】
●　NSScaleProportionally　縦横比を維持してNSImageViewに合わせます
●　NSScaleToFit　NSImageViewに合わせる縦横比は無視する
●　NSScaleNone　拡大縮小せずそのまま
初期設定は、NSScaleProportionallyです。
